To change the patterns of thinking and behaviour that make you unhappy and reinvent your life and your relationships

Find your happy
Whatever brought you here today, you’re in the right place. Think of this as your space to reinvent yourself, your life, your relationships and your career. It’s a retreat from the rush and busyness of your every day. A safe refuge where you can talk freely about your problems, however uncomfortable, confusing or painful. A haven of calm where you can discover what matters most: your purpose and how you can make it real.
How?
By working with me through a CBT-based programme, with a timing plan, designed especially for you. You see, as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I see my work with you as a partnership with one aim: to help you become more of who you really are.

About me
My name is Nina Lindh BSc (Hons) Psych MDip CBT BPS. I'm a Consultant Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with rooms in Maida Vale, London. Right from our first meeting, my aim is to have you walk out of your last session with me feeling happy, confident, able to cope with the problems we've worked on together and equipped with the skills and tools you need to grow. Over the years, I have worked as a social psychologist consulting for brands, co-directing breakthough programmes for the BBC, Lloyds, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Mars, Volkswagen and the RNLI.
Working collaboratively, I have helped to experiment with new models of how businesses can serve their employees and customers better.
Among our most successful work were three programmes that won 10 awards in London and the US: one in which we worked with teenagers to explore new modes of communication and reinvent old ones; another in which we toured Britain to research what ‘motherhood’ means today and co-create digital tools to help women with children perform in their multiple roles; and yet another in which we worked with marital counsellors to help banks understand the role money plays in family life and how they can play a more activating role.
Now, ever eager to enable people like you to change your life and unlock your potential, I share my time between CBT therapy, coaching and consulting.
Committed to empowering the ‘whole person’, I look forward to working with you to achieve the life you aspire to, one step at a time.
Why CBT?
Whether you’re here for therapy, coaching or training, you’ll find everything we do together is based on principles and techniques drawn from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). CBT can help you change what you think (cognitive) and the way you behave (behavioural) so that you can grow into your whole, happy and successful self.
Other talking therapies, like psychoanalysis, focus on tracing the causes of your problems in the past, often delving deep into your childhood. Unlike these, CBT helps you deal with your challenges by focusing on the here and now, breaking problems into parts and turning negative patterns into positive ones.
CBT helps you discover practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis. CBT gives you useful tools to break down problems into parts and change how you behave in the moment. It works to a timed, staged programme so that you can see your progress in action. And it doesn’t stop when the programme does – you can continue to apply what you learn to your life, long after your last session is up.
